Tio is an HR professional with 20 years of international business management experience. He
has worked as a Business Advisor with KPMG, HR Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and
Head of HR for Lafarge Cement (Hima Cement) in Uganda.
Since 2008, he has been working as Head of HR for the African Export Import Bank
(Afreximbank) a pan-African multilateral Bank headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. He holds a BA and
MBA from Makerere University, Uganda and a Diploma in HR from Uganda Management Institute
