Kerry-Ann Reid-Brown is a Jamaican born New York City based career and entrepreneur development expert, Caribbean influencer and founder of Carry On Friends. She has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of roles resulting in a unique blend of project management, operations, talent development and marketing experiences. Throughout her career, Kerry-Ann has developed a reputation for being an analytical, strategic and creative problem solver with strong organization skills. Her accomplishments include development and optimization of departments through the creation of systems and processes that improved efficiency and reduce cost; improved internal professional development training via on-demand and in person sessions.
Kerry-Ann’s extensive experience also includes leading teams through mentorship, feedback and coaching to maximize performance. Through Carry On Friends, Kerry-Ann created a platform where she combines her extensive knowledge, expertise and life experiences, to equip the Caribbean community with content and resources on career development and entrepreneurship. One such resource is the Carry On Friends Podcast, one of the first podcast to solely feature Caribbean American entrepreneurs and business professionals. The podcast has been featured as an editor’s choice in iTunes’ under the category Black Voices in Business. Kerry-Ann was also accepted into the 2016 inaugural Caribbean Digital Startup and made it as a top 10 finalist.
