Florcy Morisset has 12 years of leadership experience as an entrepreneur, manager, human-center designer and board chairman working at the convergence of technology, diversity, and art. Florcy has worn many hats along her diverse career, which is threaded by her passion for people and tackling business challenges. Florcy has led and established from the ground-up several businesses, non-profit boards/organizations and cross-functional teams, driving revenue, customer experience and employee engagement programs.
In 2016, Florcy joined Dell Technologies’ competitive Global Services Leadership Development Program to drive strategic projects that touched change management, operation efficiency, engagement and corporate alignment among employees, stakeholders, customers and the Services Business. She has built the reputation as a hybrid thinker, who is both a creative and data driven strategist and problem solver. Currently at Dell, Florcy manages a team of technical software support engineers in High-end Storage, servicing major global companies on daily-basis, driving corporate strategies and implementing new tools across Customer Support. She has been lauded for improving employee engagement and developing technical cross-product training and coaching program.
Prior to Dell in 2007, Florcy founded Vivant Art Collection & Consulting, the first cultural arts gallery and consulting firm in Philadelphia. For 7 years, she designed and implemented international art exhibitions, diverse cultural programs, marketing and business growth strategies for Vivant and her clients (museums, academic institutions and artists). She has received several prestigious awards for her business leadership, social advocacy, Haitian humanitarian and arts philanthropic efforts. Florcy currently serves on Dell Technologies Women of Color Executive Board, Philadelphia Museum of Art African American Collection Committee and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Florcy holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Johns Hopkins University and Master of Arts in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art.
