Clare Karabarinde is counsel for the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and a national of Uganda. Ms. Karabarinde represents lenders, equity investors, sponsors and borrowers in connection with the development, project finance, acquisition and divesture of power, energy, transportation and other major infrastructure projects in the United States, Africa, Europe and Latin America. She received her B.A. from Middlebury College and her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. In addition to English, Ms. Karabarinde is fluent in Luganda and Lunyankole.
